Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled SDE-3 - Full Stack Developer (4+ years) with strong expertise in Angular, Next.js, Express.js and Node.js. This role involves end-to-end delivery from frontend interfaces to building backend services using modern full-stack technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work as a senior developer within a MEAN/MERN stack development team.  
• Contribute to solutioning for complex problem statements and drive technical decisions.  
• Design, develop, modify, implement, and support software components across the MEAN/MERN stack.  
• Lead root cause analysis for critical issues and develop scalable, maintainable solutions.  
• Assist in task planning, estimation, and scheduling to ensure timely delivery.  
• Mentor and guide Software Engineers through technical advice, code reviews, and training.  
• Drive process improvements and best practices to enhance development efficiency.  
• Collaborate with the Architecture team to define and implement scalable solutions.  

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of programming experience (3+ years in MEAN/MERN stack)
• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, and building reusable UI components
• Strong expertise in Angular (v14+)/React.js, TypeScript, Next.js (App Router, SSR, SSG, ISR)
• Solid backend skills with Node.js, Express.js
• Strong experience with MySQL, MongoDB, Firebase (data modeling, performance tuning)
• Good understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture
• Experience with PHP & Java is a strong plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with TurboRepo, monorepos, and caching layers (Redis, Memcached)
• Testing proficiency with tools like Jest, React Testing Library, and Supertest
• Experience with infrastructure monitoring and profiling (CloudWatch, Chrome DevTools, React Profiler)
• Familiarity with Agile & DevOps practices
• Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools like Docker is a plus.
• Strong mentoring skills with a proven ability to guide and support developers to improve technical excellence.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
