Scrum Master

As a Scrum Master at CallTek you will be responsible for facilitating the Agile development process, supporting our software development teams, and ensuring successful delivery of high-quality projects. With a deep understanding of Agile principles and hands-on experience in software development and Jira, you will play a crucial role in driving our team's success and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings.

- Guide and coach the team in Agile/Scrum practices and foster a productive and positive team environment.

- Work closely with product owners to ensure the backlog is well-groomed and ready for the next sprint.

- Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress.

- Use Jira to track and manage project progress, ensuring transparency and accurate reporting.

- Promote continuous improvement and help teams increase their velocity and efficiency.

- Assist in user story definition, backlog refinement, and prioritization of work.

- Ensure that the team adheres to Agile principles and best practices.

- Foster a culture of open communication and collaboration within the team and across the organization.

- Work with stakeholders to communicate project status, progress, and any risks or issues.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in software development with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.

- Proficiency in using Jira for Agile project management.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remove impediments.

- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to coach and mentor team members in Agile practices.

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
