Scrum Master

At Quento, we empower our people to innovate and lead in delivering transformative ICT solutions to our clients worldwide. Quento Technologies, the ICT services arm of QUALCO Group, seeks a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to organizes and facilitates agile activities and ceremonies.

Responsibilities:

• Organize and facilitate agile activities and ceremonies including daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews, retrospectives, sprint and release planning, and product backlog refinement sessions;
• Ensure that all meetings are positive, productive, stay on topic, and are kept within the timebox;
• Collaborate closely with the product owner to manage the backlog;
• Ensuring that all activities and duties comply fully with regulatory requirements, including the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, or related field;
• Excellent knowledge of Agile development approach supported by AzureDevOps tool;
• Excellent knowledge of PM2 - Agile Guide 3.0.1;
• Experience with initial training for all new development teams, setting common set of reports and dashboards;
• Scrum Master Certification will be considered as an asset;

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
