Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with strong wealth management or banking domain knowledge, along with proven project management and release management skills. The ideal candidate will facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies, drive project delivery, manage releases, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate all Agile Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to drive team productivity and continuous improvement.
  • Lead project planning, tracking, risk management, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones in the wealth management or banking domain.
  • Manage end-to-end release planning and execution with a focus on zero-downtime deployment and coordinated delivery.
  • Coordinate with product owners, development, QA, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
  • Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to ensure smooth sprint and release cycles.
  • Maintain and optimize Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and release management tools to track progress and generate reports.
  • Support team adoption of Agile best practices and promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Manage dependencies and collaborate with other teams and external vendors as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
  • 5+ years of Scrum Master experience, preferably in wealth management, banking, or financial services.
  • Proven experience in project management and release management in a highly regulated financial domain.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), and project management tools.
  • Experience managing large-scale projects, including risk and dependency management.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of wealth management products, banking operations, regulatory environments, and digital banking solutions is highly desirable.
Preferred Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools for release automation.
  • Familiarity with budgeting, reporting, and financial project controls.
  • Experience working with distributed and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to mentor and coach teams on Agile principles and practices.
