Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile teams by facilitating Scrum practices, removing impediments, and ensuring smooth delivery of projects. The Scrum Master will act as a servant leader, helping teams improve collaboration, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
  • Coach the team on Agile and Scrum principles and best practices
  • Remove obstacles that may impact the team’s progress
  • Work closely with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog
  • Promote self-organization and accountability within the team
  • Track sprint progress, velocity, and team performance metrics
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Support Agile transformation initiatives within the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and SDLC methodologies
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
  • Ability to coach teams and stakeholders on Agile practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, etc.)
  • Experience working in large enterprise or regulated environments
  • Background in IT, software development, or data projects.

Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
