Scrum Master

To strengthen our Secure Digital Payments division, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic, international team. As a key enabler in our scaled agile environment, you will act as a servant-leader who fosters collaboration, accelerates team performance, and supports continuous delivery of high-value solutions. 

If you're an open-minded individual with a strong agile mindset, experienced in guiding teams and organizations through agile transformation, we would love to have you onboard as a coach, facilitator, and driving force for team success. 

Your tasks:

• Coach the team in promoting a collaborative, self-organizing team culture & work environment 

• Encourage continuous improvement, both at the individual and team levels 

• Address, manage and remove impediments and facilitate flow 

• Understand the scope and guide the development team and the product owner on how to best utilize agile practices to deliver high-value products 

• Foster a mindset of accountability and ownership within the team and promote quality practices 

• Facilitate Agile team ceremonies in accordance with SAFe practices, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, while also contributing to the preparation and active participation in Program Increment (PI) Planning events. 

• Help promote agile values and principles both within the team and across the broader organization. 

• Guide the team to stay focused 

• Plan and align capacity of your scrum team 

Requirements

Your profile:

• Scrum Master Certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM), Professional Scrum Master® (PSM)) or other Agile Certificates. 

• Strong understanding of the Scrum framework and Agile principles.  

• Previous experience of at least 3-5 years as a Scrum Master or in an Agile environment. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  

• Empathetic and a trusted advisor but nevertheless a strong leader. 

• Ability to coach, mentor, and guide teams.  

• Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.  

• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro that support the agile way of working.  

• Strong facilitation skills and ability to lead meetings effectively
