The impact of the role:

The Scrum Master will be a key member of the Agile Delivery organization, responsible for enabling high-performing scrum teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to facilitate agile practices, remove impediments, and ensure smooth delivery. Your mission is to foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and predictable value delivery through effective agile coaching and servant leadership.

On a given day, a Scrum Master will:

• Guide, coach, and train teams in Scrum methodologies and Agile principles, fostering continuous process improvement.
• Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies and support effective backlog management, including story identification, prioritization, and completion.
• Proactively identify, remove, and escalate impediments through peer networks (e.g., Scrum of Scrums) and formal escalation channels.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage scope, coordinate releases, handle scope changes, and manage risks and issues.
• Coordinate across distributed teams and stakeholders to support multiple fast-paced projects and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Ensure accurate documentation, tracking, and reporting of Agile metrics, including progress, risks, resource utilization, testing, and mitigation plans.

Requirements

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field. 

• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master. 

• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks. 

• Excellent facilitation and communication skills. 

Amazing if you have:

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools. 

• Exposure to scaled agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS). 

• Background in software development or QA.
