WHAT IS ONEWEB?

We focus on the entire customer journey by using platform solutions that enable our customers’ different touch points across cars, products and services around the car.

With our products such as the Mercedes-Benz Worldwide Website (OneWeb), Car Configurator, Online Test-Drive Booking and the Mercedes Owner Area “Mercedes Me Home” and many more, we are building a seamless and luxurious experience for our customers.

As a Scrum Master, you guide and empower our cross-functional teams to work smoothly, collaborate effectively and continuously improve. You help teams apply agile principles consistently, remove blockers early and create an environment where everyone can focus on delivering high-quality digital products. Your impact is essential for keeping the teams aligned, productive and moving forward.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Coach your team and lead them in the consistent application and improvement of agile methods

• Moderate scrum ceremonies and workshops inside and outside the agile teams

• Help create interfaces to other teams to exploit cross-team synergies and increase speed of product development

• Support your teams by recognizing and removing obstacles early on

• Live and breathe agile principles in your daily work

• Accompany cross-functional teams in their journey, including in setting up or improving agile processes

• Facilitate retrospectives and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

TO SUCCEED YOU NEED

• Practical experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master.

• Solid understanding of state-of-the-art software development.

• Strong communication, moderation, and coaching skills.

• Solution-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills and creativity.

• Experience facilitating retrospectives.

• Hands-on experience with Jira, SAFe, Agile Hive, ActionableAgile, and Confluence.

• English proficiency and remote work experience.

• Enjoy working in a multicultural, collaborative environment.

THERE WILL BE BIG SMILES IF YOU

• Have experience developing teams from scratch.

• Certifications: PSM I / CSM I or SAFe certification.

• Have coding skills or technical background.

• Bring additional agile certifications or experience in scaling frameworks.
