What You’ll Do
Write and adapt one vertical micro-drama script every 5 weeks, delivering high-quality, binge-worthy episodes on a fast production cycle.
Craft fast-paced, emotionally gripping dialogue featuring strong romance tropes, dramatic hooks, and cliffhangers designed for short-form vertical viewing.
Work closely with our founder to develop and refine scripts, using AI tools to continuously improve story logic, narrative consistency, and overall script quality.
Collaborate cross-functionally with development, AI production, and marketing teams to build compelling story moments that maximize viewer engagement, retention, and shareability.
Iterate quickly based on feedback, adapting scripts and storylines while maintaining creative excellence and meeting tight production timelines.
Contribute to the development of emotionally engaging story arcs and episodic structures that keep mobile-first audiences returning episode after episode.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience writing scripts for vertical micro-drama or short-form episodic platforms (please include samples with your submission).
Deep understanding of romance tropes, enemies-to-lovers dynamics, and the pacing required for cliffhanger-driven short-form storytelling.
Exceptional skill in crafting sharp, emotionally charged dialogue that feels addictive in a mobile-first format.
Ability to quickly revise and adapt scripts based on feedback while maintaining narrative clarity and emotional impact.
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, highly iterative creative environment.
Passion for the evolving intersection of storytelling, AI, and digital media.
