What You'll Do

Write and adapt one vertical micro-action script every 5 weeks, delivering high-quality, binge-worthy episodes on a fast production cycle.

Craft fast-paced, emotionally gripping dialogue featuring strong romance tropes, dramatic hooks, and cliffhangers designed for short-form vertical viewing.

Work closely with our founder to develop and refine scripts, using AI tools to continuously improve story logic, narrative consistency, and overall script quality.

Collaborate cross-functionally with development, AI production, and marketing teams to build compelling story moments that maximize viewer engagement, retention, and shareability.

Iterate quickly based on feedback, adapting scripts and storylines while maintaining creative excellence and meeting tight production timelines.

Contribute to the development of emotionally engaging story arcs and episodic structures that keep mobile-first audiences returning episode after episode.

What You'll Bring

At least 3-5 years of experience writing action/superhero movies or related material

Deep understanding of high-stakes character dynamics and conflict, with the ability to craft action-driven narratives, pace explosive set pieces, and deliver compelling cliffhangers in short-form storytelling

Exceptional skill in crafting sharp, emotionally charged dialogue that feels addictive in a mobile-first format

Ability to quickly revise and adapt scripts based on feedback while maintaining narrative clarity and emotional impact

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, highly iterative creative environment

Passion for the evolving intersection of storytelling, AI, and digital media
