Requirements
PhD/M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry / Medicinal Chemistry or related field.
Strong experience in CRO/CDMO research environment.
Proven team management experience with exposure to handling multiple projects.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
Ability to drive productivity, scientific excellence, and team development.
