What does the role entail?

You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of Third Space Learning’s AI math tutor Skye in schools across the United States. Your immediate focus will be the successful school-level implementation of two large-scale research projects.

Working closely with school districts, we provide curriculum-aligned, one-to-one spoken AI math tutoring to students who need it most, reducing tutoring costs by up to 95%. Role Responsibilities

Onboarding and implementation:

  • Onboard new schools onto the platform and assist with programme and student set up 
  •  Ensure that they have clear expectations about how to implement high-dosage AI tutoring programs (we’ll teach you!)

Relationship management and customer support:

  • Build strong, trust-based relationships with district and school leaders to ensure long-term success.
  • Conduct in person school visits across your assigned region. Based in Michigan, Colorado or Maryland – schools will be clustered in one of these three regions. It’s likely that you will regularly travel between them.
  • Provide responsive support via phone, email, and live chat during US school hours.

Insights and team collaboration:

  • Maintaining a tight feedback loop with the wider team, actively suggesting product improvements to strengthen our market position
  • Ensuring meticulous usage of our key tools. Currently the TSL platform, Salesforce (CRM), Lightdash, Intercom, Aircall, Google Sheets, Gmail, Zoom

Growth opportunities and TSL representation:

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within your territory – actively looking to expand to new schools in the area
  • Gaining an in-depth knowledge of the sector and competition
  • Professionally representing Third Space Learning to its customer base
  • Attending regional events to drive lead generation and boost brand visib

Requirements

  • 2+ years’ experience supporting schools in an Account Management role (amazing if you have experience helping schools to implement evidence-based interventions)
  • Ability to travel and regularly spend time visiting schools that you look after (expectation would be that you visit schools every week)
  • An excellent communicator bringing positivity and enthusiasm
  • Ability to build rapport over the phone and in person
  • A tenacious attitude with a drive to succeed
  • Excellent time management and organisation
  • Adaptable and motivated by the pace of a rapidly evolving scale-up environment
  • Clear passion for our mission and an eagerness to make your mark
