We are looking for a proactive and organized Scheduler to join our team. This role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and supporting client coordination. Key Responsibilities: 

  • Make outbound cold calls to schedule appointments with potential clients 
  • Receive and manage inbound calls professionally

  • Ensure timely follow-ups and rescheduling when needed

Requirements

  • Comfortable with cold calling and handling objections 
  • Clear verbal communication with a light or neutral accent 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills 
  • Basic knowledge in WellSky or another healthcare or homecare scheduling platform.
  • Reliable and punctual, especially during on-site phase
