SAP Team Leader / Supervisor (Lima/Perú)

We are looking for a SAP Coordinator and team leader

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.

• Minimum 12+ years of experience in SAP consulting and team leadership (modules such as PP, QM, MM, or FI/CO).

• Proven experience managing SAP project teams and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

• Strong knowledge of SAP project management methodologies and tools (Jira, Scrum, SAP Activate).

• Advanced English proficiency.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the SAP consulting team, ensuring effective allocation of resources and timely project delivery.

• Oversee the management and prioritization of SAP-related projects, enhancements, and support activities.

• Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, gathering and analyzing requirements.

• Ensure the translation of business needs into functional and technical specifications.

• Coordinate with SAP developers, technical teams, and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions.

• Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure adherence to quality and information security standards.

• Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.

• Support the professional development of the SAP team through training and knowledge sharing.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP technologies and best practices.

• Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and internal KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SAP certifications.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, or other advanced SAP technologies.

• Experience in business process improvement and change management.
