SAP SuccessFactors (PY) with German

TLDR

Lead customer projects focused on SAP HCM payroll solutions, while actively contributing to design and project management in a dynamic and team-oriented environment.

Customer projects in the area of SAP HCM in all on-premise components with focus on Payroll Germany (PY-DE)
Analysis of the customer situation, creation of process documents, conceptions, and blueprints.
System-side realization of customer requirements (including customizing, schemas and cycles in payroll accounting)
Support in all project phases—conception, design, customizing, prototyping and roll out of SAP HCM
As a senior consultant, you will also take on partial project management in smaller teams on site at our customers.

Must have Skills : German (fluent), SAP PY (Payroll), SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
Knowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in the SAP HCM system (PY)
Experience with collective agreement regulations for remuneration, know-how in tax and social security law
Excellent knowledge of SAP specific schemas, cycles and characteristics
Experience with project management and consulting methods
Self-motivation, persuasiveness as well as assertiveness
Solution/process-oriented thinking skills and strong methodological competence.
Completed university studies and several years of relevant professional experience.
