Since we’ve now started implementing Success Factors for the InPost Group in Europe, we are currently looking for a SAP SuccessFactors HR Functional Consultant. In this role, you will provide daily support to system users, handle incidents and configuration requests, coordinate work of external vendors (SAP Partners), and ensure that our HR processes are optimally reflected in SuccessFactors. You will be also involved in system improvements, upgrades and integrations, and contribute to building a stable, compliant, and efficient HR technology landscape. 

Tasks & Responsibilities 

  • Maintain and continuously improve HR processes in SAP SuccessFactors across all Group companies (modules: Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Succession, Compensation). 
  • Provide operational support  for SuccessFactors users, including incident handling, service requests, and problem management, in cooperation with internal IT and external vendors. 
  • Parameterize the system according to HR policies and country‑specific legal requirements. 
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into configuration changes or backlog items. 
  • Manage system upgrades, releases, and regression testing. 
  • Prepare HR analytics and reporting using Story Reports and People Analytics. 
  • Maintain, design, and support integrations with internal systems such as ERP/Payroll, T&A, BI/DWH, IdM/SSO, and others.
  • Understanding GDPR compliance aspects and auditability options available in SAP SuccessFactors. 
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, local system users, internal IT teams, and external providers. 

Required: 

  • 3–5 years of experience with at least two SAP SuccessFactors modules (EC, Performance & Goals, Career&Talent Development, Compensation).
  • Experience in SuccessFactors implementation or development projects (configuration, testing, migrations). 
  • Experience in system maintenance (L1/L2 support, release and incident management). 
  • Practical experience in HR process analysis and mapping HR processes into system solutions. 
  • English language proficiency at C1 level. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills: independence, teamwork, communication, discipline, and ability to build strong internal relationships. 

Nice to have:

  • SAP SuccessFactors certification (Employee Central or Compensation or Talent modules).
  • Basic knowledge of integrations (SAP CPI, API/OData, SFTP) and experience in integration projects.
  • French, Spanish or Italian language skills at any level.
