Requirements

At least 4 years of experience as a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a focus on Cloud technology.
Thorough knowledge of at least three SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central, Performance & Goal Management, and Compensation.
Strong experience in SAP HCM is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate complex solutions.
Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certification is preferred.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and independently.
