We are currently seeking a talented SAP SuccessFactors - EC Consultant for an exciting contract opportunity with Tata Consultancy Services (TCS). In this role, you will leverage your expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) to assist our clients in managing their human capital effectively and efficiently. Your contributions will be key in shaping their HR landscape and improving their overall business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central for clients within specified timelines.
• Gather and analyze client requirements to configure and customize EC modules to meet business needs.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for utilizing SuccessFactors to enhance human resource processes.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients about enhancements and functionalities in the EC module.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth integration of Employee Central with existing HR systems.
• Support ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of the EC module post-implementation.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP SuccessFactors trends and feature updates to provide optimal solutions to clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, with a strong understanding of HR processes.
• Ability to analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and teams.
• Proficient problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently while adhering to deadlines.
• Experience with data migration and integration within SAP environments is a plus.
