Job location

In this role, you have the flexibility to work remotely from any location in Germany or Austria, or any of the offices we have around Germany or Austria.

About you and the role

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated (Senior) FS-ICM Consultant (SAP Incentive and Commission Management) to join our team and play a pivotal role in transformation projects. You will work as a consultant on customer projects which will hone your skills and expand your experience every step of the way. Based on your skills and ambitions, you will work in different phases of the project. During the project delivery phase, you will work with domain experts to gain business and technical knowledge while supporting project planning and execution.

Requirements

FS-ICM Functional skills:

FS-ICM Component Expertise in the following areas:

• Master Data (Commission Contracts, Standard Commission Contracts, Organizational management)
• Commission and remuneration Agreements
• Commission cases and commission documents
• Periodic processes in FS-ICM (e.g. guarantees, settlements)
• SAP condition technique
• Good understanding of insurance sales processes

FS-ICM Technical skills:

• ABAP Development Expert with deep knowledge in:
• FS-ICM remuneration process and FS-ICM customizing
• FS-ICM User Exits
• S/4HANA DB
• Business Data Toolset
• Optionally: ABAP, ABAP OO, Fiori/UI5

Further requirements:

• Min 5+ years as a FS-ICM Consultant with a large component expertise in FS-ICM, ABAP developer skills and a good functional expertise.
• University degree in Technology, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, Accounting, or relevant areas of studies.
• Strong analytical and technical skills as well as excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Customer-centric mentality, willing to go the extra mile for the customer, and will break down all barriers to ensure customer success.
• An enthusiasm to learn, and willingness to adapt change and always look for ways to fully leverage your abilities no matter the task at hand.
• The adaptability to succeed in agile, cross-functional teams, with excellent written and verbal communication German and English, organizational and interpersonal skills.
