We are seeking an experienced SAP Security Consultant to manage and maintain SAP security roles, authorizations, and user access across our SAP landscape. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that SAP systems are secure, compliant with audit requirements, and that access to sensitive information is controlled and monitored.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations across modules (ECC, S/4HANA, Fiori, GRC, BW, etc.)
• Perform user and role administration (creation, modification, and deletion) in various SAP systems.
• Ensure compliance with SOX and other regulatory requirements through periodic user access reviews and audits.
• Support SAP GRC Access Control, including ARA, BRM, ARM, and EAM modules.
• Work with functional and technical teams to define security requirements and provide solutions.
• Analyze and resolve SAP security-related incidents and requests.
• Participate in SAP project deployments, upgrades, and migrations by managing security-related tasks.
• Conduct risk analysis and mitigate SOD (Segregation of Duties) conflicts using GRC tools.
• Generate and maintain documentation for roles, procedures, and policies.
• Collaborate with internal and external audit teams during access control audits.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security administration and support.
• Experience with SAP GRC Access Control tools is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with security in SAP Fiori and SAP HANA environments.
Skills:
• Strong understanding of SAP authorization concepts.
• Knowledge of SOD concepts and mitigation strategies.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Understanding of business processes in Finance, Logistics, HR, etc., is a plus.
