SAP S/4HANA Archiving Consultant

We are currently looking for a SAP S/4HANA Archiving Consultant.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement data archiving strategies aligned with SAP S/4HANA best practices.
• Analyze existing data volumes and identify archiving opportunities across modules (FI, MM, SD).
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure archiving does not impact business processes.
• Configure and manage SAP ILM (Information Lifecycle Management) tools.
• Support data retention policies, legal compliance, and audit requirements.
• Conduct performance tuning and system optimization through effective archiving.
• Provide documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in SAP Data Archiving and SAP ILM in ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
• Strong understanding of S/4HANA migration processes, especially related to data management.
• Hands-on experience with ArchiveLink, Content Server, and Storage Management.
• Knowledge of GDPR, data privacy, and compliance regulations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced project environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
