SAP Manager Sr | Hybrid | MTY o CDMX

We are looking for experienced SAP Managers and Senior SAP Managers with 5 to 15+ years of experience to join a global consulting team working on high-impact supply chain transformation projects.

This role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP S/4HANA solutions while collaborating with international teams and driving business innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead SAP implementation and transformation projects
Design and optimize supply chain processes using SAP solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams
Define project scope, roadmap, and solution architecture
Guide stakeholders and business users in system adoption
Identify process improvement and digital transformation opportunities

Technical Skills Required:

For Managers: A minimum of 5+ years of experience leading SAP MM, SD, PP, EWM, TM, and/or IBP implementation and migration teams is required.
For Senior Managers: A minimum of 10+ years of experience leading SAP MM, SD, PP, EWM, TM, and/or IBP
implementation and migration teams is required.
Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP IBP or Ariba
Expertise in at least one module: MM, SD, PP, EWM, TM, IBP
Project management experience is mandatory
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes.
English Advanced Levels C1–C2, face to client experience to delivery presentations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
Master’s degree (nice to have)
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Location & Schedule:

Hybrid role in Mexico City (Polanco) or Monterrey (Santa María)
Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
