SAP HCM Payroll Consultant (m/f/d)

TLDR

Support customer projects in SAP HCM with a focus on Payroll Germany, including phases from conception to rollout, while also managing small teams on-site.

Customer projects in the area of SAP HCM in all on-premise components with focus on Payroll Germany (PY-DE).
Analysis of the customer situation, creation of process documents, conceptions and blueprints.
System-side realization of customer requirements (including customizing, schemas and cycles in payroll accounting).
Support in all project phases - conception, design, customizing, prototyping and roll out of SAP HCM.
As a senior consultant, you will also take on partial project management in smaller teams on site at our customers.

Completed university studies and several years of relevant professional experience.
Knowledge of business and IT processes and their mapping in the SAP HCM system (PY).
Experience with collective agreement regulations for remuneration, know-how in tax and social security law.
Excellent knowledge of SAP specific schemas, cycles and characteristics.
Experience with project management and consulting methods.
Self-motivation, persuasiveness as well as assertiveness as well as solution/process-oriented thinking skills and strong methodological competence.
Business fluent German and fluent English.
Communication and teamwork skills and a convincing appearance.
