Role:- SAP HCM Consultant
Job Description
· 4+ Years of experience in SAP HCM and 2+ years of domain experience in HR
· Extensive experience in SAP HCM including Organization Management, Personnel Administration, Payroll, Training and Event Management, Employee and Manager Self Services based on enterprise portal payroll, Workflows and integration with other systems
· Understand complex business requirements and then design and implement solutions for same
· Use expertise to resolve critical incidents effectively to ensure minimal impact on business
· Resolve complex aging issues and complex problem tickets
· Work closely with client IT team and business users to identify opportunities to improve business and SAP processes and design and implement solutions for same
· Coordinate between offshore team and business users for daily operational activities
· Work closely with Client business users to complete monthly pay roll activities in time
