SAP FTM Product Manager (f/m/n)

About the Role:

We are looking for a SAP FTM Product Manager – an experienced leader in the Finance-to-Manage area, who will take on the role of Product/Solution Owner for SAP FI within the Global SAP S/4HANA Programme. You will be responsible for solution architecture, overseeing implementations, and ensuring the quality of SAP FI products across the entire InPost Group.

Responsibilities:

• Acting as the FI workstream lead in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects – from solution design, through configuration and testing, to deployment across multiple markets.
• Leading functional workshops (Explore phase), supporting key stakeholder decisions, and defining end-to-end Finance-to-Manage processes within the global template.
• Designing complex solutions in the FI area, creating high-quality documentation, and ensuring compliance with SAP best practices and project architecture.
• Coordinating and mentoring FI team consultants – ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery of all workstream deliverables.
• Managing integrations with MM/SD/PP/SAC/CO areas and collaborating with architects on the overall solution design.
• Working with development teams to define WRICEF objects and validate extensions, Fiori apps, reports, and BTP-based solutions.
• Supporting planning and execution of testing (SIT/UAT), data migration, cutover strategy, and post go-live stabilization (hypercare).
• Building relationships with business stakeholders through proactive advisory and continuous process improvement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP FI – both hands-on configuration and solution design at the architectural level.
• Proven track record of leading SAP S/4HANA projects or key workstreams in global rollouts.
• Deep knowledge of FI processes: GL, AP, AR, FA, AA, RE-FX, Group Reporting, Product Costing, period-end closing.
• Proficiency in S/4HANA innovations: Universal Journal, Fiori, parallel ledgers, extension ledgers, Document Splitting.
• Experience in analyzing, optimizing, and designing end-to-end processes in S/4 transformations.
• Ability to manage teams, coordinate cross-functional work, and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Fluency in English (C1) – daily work in an international environment.

• Central Finance (cFIN) and Group Reporting (GR).
• FSCM: Credit Management, Collections & Dispute.
• DRC (SAP Document and Reporting Compliance).
• BTP extensions, CDS views, custom Fiori applications.
• SAP certification in Finance or Controlling.
• Experience mentoring juniors or building FICO competencies within a team.
