What you will achieve

  • Empower Team Success: You will mentor and collaborate with a team of functional experts, fostering an environment of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement in Agile delivery.

Must-Have Skills (Required)

  • US Citizenship
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP Public Sector implementations, specifically within the US Federal Government.
  • Proven success leading functional teams supporting SAP FICO (GL, AP, AR, FM) and PSM modules.
  • Deep understanding of federal financial management, including budgeting, appropriations law, and fund lifecycle management.

Nice-to-Have Skills (Preferred)

  • SAP Certification in FICO or PSM.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA for Public Sector.
  • Familiarity with federal interfaces (e.g., G-Invoicing, IPP, SAM, FPDS-NG).
  • Experience working with federal shared service providers (e.g., USDA NFC, GSA, DFAS).
