SAP FICO Lead

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead to lead finance transformation projects and manage SAP FICO implementations across business units.

Requirements

• Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations and upgrades

• Manage and mentor FICO team members

• Design and optimize financial processes

• Act as the key point of contact for finance stakeholders

• Ensure smooth integration with MM, SD, PS, and other modules

• Oversee UAT, cutover, and go-live activities

• Deep expertise in SAP FI and CO modules

• Strong leadership and project management skills

• Experience with large-scale SAP implementations

• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
