SAP Consultant

We are seeking a dedicated SAP Consultant to oversee the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP solutions, including S/4HANA, Analytics Cloud, and Concur.

A Day in the Life of a SAP Consultant at Qualco will include:

• Implement and Support SAP Projects/ Solutions (e.g., S/4HANA, Analytics Cloud, Concur);

• Gather and analyze requirements for SAP projects/solutions;
• Design and configure SAP solutions to meet business needs;
• Prepare functional and technical specifications for implementation;
• Conduct UAT and integration testing to validate system functionality;
• Train users and develop user manuals for effective solution adoption;
• Migrate data and ensure accuracy during transitions;
• Support go-live activities; 
• Communicate and collaborate daily with clients and colleagues to deliver optimal solutions and improve processes;
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a relevant discipline;
• Master’s degree would be considered as a plus;
• 4–5 years of experience with SAP ERP, S/4HANA, and/or other SAP solutions;
• Experience collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
