SAP BI Junior Consultant

We have an immediate opening for Junior BI Consultants with 0-3 years’ experience to join our team in Ankara, Turkey.

The successful candidates will actively participate, in the development, testing and implementation of challenging business intelligence projects, mainly for our Middle East customers.

The ideal candidates are junior technical consultants with proven abilities in front-end or back-end BI developments, innovative (cloud) technologies in the field of cloud data warehouses, management cockpits, mobile reports, and dashboards such as SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP HANA, SAP Data Services, SAP BW/HANA, Snowflake, Business Objects, Power BI, BW4/HANA. These individuals are committed to achieving customer results on time and on budget, investigating new technologies and solutions for our customers, building and sharing knowledge within our team and striving for excellence in all of our projects.

Requirements

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL and data modelling

0-3 years’ work experience with one or more of the following tools: SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP HANA, BW/HANA or SAP Data Services (or similar tools from Oracle, IBM, Microsoft, etc.)

Initial knowledge in modeling and designing reporting applications in the data warehouse environment

Competencies:

Advanced English both written and spoken

Cooperative attitude towards team collaborations

Ability to commit to customer milestones, deadlines and service levels

Critical thinking and proactive approach to investigating and discovering solutions;

Excellent communicator and very transparent – providing timely updates to supervisor for project tasks and deadlines

Work Environment Requirements:

Availability for occasional travel in the Middle East region when customers request it

Ability to work comfortably in a multicultural environment and virtual teams from multiple backgrounds

Ability to multi-task with a variety of customers and projects

Autonomous work habits while working from home (current model) and comfort to adapt to hybrid working environment in future when office re-opens

Education:

University Level Degree (preferred in Engineering or IT) / Masters in Information Technology
