Your expertise will assist in the analysis and design of SAP APM processes that enhance productivity and improve agent performance across various platforms.

Position Description:-

End-to-end Implementation experience in implementation of SPM solution using SAP APM (erstwhile Callidus ICM)

• 10+ years of development experience in SPM projects with thorough understanding of core functionalities

• Hands on experience on design and development of Plan creation, Payout execution, Statement using Jasper report

• Experience on SAP Advanced Workflow

• Strong working knowledge in SQL and PL/SQL

• Knowledge in API integration with SAP APM

• Experience in managing team, onsite-offshore coordination, and stakeholder management

• Strong communication skill.
