SAP and Data Analyst

Create Appointment Documentation:

  • Maintained and updated regularly on SAP Staff-In-Post (SIP) register detailing the Company’s current workforce, deployment, and other relevant information.
  • Manage SAP and process organizational changes required by the company as per the requirements from the stakeholders PA (Personal administration), OM(Organizational management)and PY(payroll), Hiring: Replacement, Additional Requirement.
  • Review forms to ensure accuracy and completeness. Set up new hire on the system, allocate employee ID number and create “confidential” and “open” files.
  • Update relevant sections of the Staff-in-Post (SIP) based on memos received during the month
  • Ensure the accurate and complete documentation of relevant particulars of all new hires to set-up the employee on the system.
  • Update requesting employee’s records on SAP, generate hard copies, where necessary, and file accordingly
  • Analyze SIP and generate SIP Report detailing manning levels of the various departments and regions, Staff Turnover Index (STI), and staff deployment for the period under consideration.
  • Data input.
  • Ensure the maintenance of complete and accurate records of staff compensation and payroll details and ensure regular update of such records as required.
  • Review payroll-processing items for the month with necessary supporting documents to ensure accurate and complete capture of all items.

Update Employee Records

  • Update requesting employee’s records on SAP, generate hard copies, where necessary, and file accordingly

  • Ensure the maintenance of complete and accurate records of staff compensation and payroll details and ensure regular update of such records as required.
  • Review payroll-processing items for the month with necessary supporting documents to ensure accurate and complete capture of all items.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Business management or any related field
  • 3 years of experience in compensation and/ or payroll administration
  • Proficiency in SAP usage is an advantage.
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office applications especially MS Excel
