We are looking for a proactive and people-focused Customer Success Assistant Manager to join our team. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving retention and growth. What You'll Do

  • Act as the main point of contact for clients.

  • Brief Management & Campaign Planning: Gather client requirements and translate them into actionable briefs.
  • Collaborate with strategy, creative, and media teams to develop marketing plans.

  • Reporting & Analysis:
  • Deliver performance reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) with key insights.
  • Present campaign results and ROI metrics, tying performance to client business goals.
  • Client Retention & Upselling:
  • Identify opportunities to upsell services or expand scope.
  • Handle client escalations and proactively resolve issues.
  • Onboarding & Training:
  • Manage onboarding process for new clients.
  • Educate clients on services, tools, and processes used by the team.
  • Operations Management Responsibilities (Internal Focus):
  • Project & Workflow Management:
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution timelines and team task allocation.
  • Implement and manage project management tools.
  • Process Optimization:
  • Streamline campaign workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Standardize reporting, documentation, and communication formats.
  • Team Coordination:
  • Liaise between creative, media buying, analytics, and account teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor bandwidth and resource allocation; manage freelancers if needed.
  • Quality Control:
  • Ensure campaign deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Oversee testing, review cycles, and deployment of campaigns.
  • Technology & Tools Management:
  • Manage usage of performance marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Ensure tech stack is fully leveraged and integrated across teams.
  • Budget Tracking & Vendor Management:
  • Track internal budgets for media spends, tools, and agency operations.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors, freelancers, and platforms.

Who You Are

  • Fluent English, Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.).
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, etc.).
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication, client presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with marketing automation, dashboards, and analytics tools.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously.
