Architect for Scale: Define and drive the long-term technical roadmap for Salesforce, prioritizing security, performance, and multi-year scalability.
-
Master the Lead-to-Cash Flow: Design and optimize complex integrations between Salesforce and external systems (NetSuite, Marketing Automation).

-
Establish Governance: Set the "gold standard" for our development lifecycle, including coding standards (Apex/LWC), branching strategies, and CI/CD pipelines.
-
Modernize & Triage: Proactively identify architectural technical debt and propose clear, actionable modernization strategies to keep our platform lean and performant.
-
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with the Director of Business Systems and stakeholders across Finance and HR to ensure technical projects directly enable company-wide growth goals.

A Pragmatic Problem Solver: You understand that in a fast-paced PE-backed company, "done" is often better than "perfect," but you never compromise on system integrity.
-
A Technical Leader: You aren't just a theorist; you are comfortable performing deep-dive code reviews and mentoring developers on best practices.
-
Business-Fluent: You can translate "Technical Debt" into "Business Risk" for the Director of Business Systems and other leadership, ensuring everyone understands the why behind your architectural decisions.
