And we’re looking for a Salesforce Specialist - Part Time to start immediately Salesforce Specialist - Part Time Industry:Insurance for Tech Startups Client location:   Santa Rosa, California USA Assistant's Schedule: 9am- 1pm Eastern Time Business Overview:    Insurance providers specialized in serving tech startups with tailored insurance policies, ensuring that these companies have the correct coverage to protect their businesses. Key Tasks: -Upload and manage data in Salesforce (accounts, opportunities, renewals, sales motions, producers) -Review and correct Salesforce records to ensure data accuracy and consistency -Create and manage renewal opportunities; move policies to correct opportunities when needed -Investigate and resolve Salesforce issues submitted via Jira (e.g., opportunity status issues, commission questions, account merges) -Support GTM data governance initiatives (tagging, fixing misaligned fields, validating workflows) -Build and maintain Excel/CSV files for uploads, audits, and account-level reporting -Partner with internal stakeholders (Sales, RevOps, Marketing) to clarify data issues and next steps -Flag recurring issues  Tools / Platforms: -Salesforce (to upload docs received for our records.) -Hubspot -Jira (Client will provide training on this tool) Notes: Experience supporting Sales Ops or RevOps teams Familiarity with Jira or ticket-based support workflows Experience with commissions, renewals, Assistant's English Comms: Reading/Comprehension: High Quality (Quick Justification: VA will need to comprehend complex insurance-related queries) Written:High Quality (Quick Justification: VA will need to communicate clearly and professionally in written form) Speak: Neutral Accent Preferred Technical Requirements: • USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature • Working Webcam • Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM • Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection • Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps Benefits: • Health Insurance (HMO) • Performance Incentives • Job Security and Stability • Paid Training • Inclusive Culture • Upskilling Opportunities • 100% Work-From-Home • Exceptionally Supportive Team • Opportunities for Career Growth • Fun Work Environment • Holiday & Overtime Pay Salary Range: PHP30,000 - PHP44,000
