Salesforce Service Cloud Developer | Junior–Mid
About the role
We are looking for a Salesforce Junior-Mid professional with experience in Service Cloud to support ongoing and upcoming projects. This role is ideal for someone who has previous Salesforce experience, enjoys working with users and business teams, and is eager to keep growing within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Support, configure, and maintain Salesforce Service Cloud features.
- Assist with case management, workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements.
- Help troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues and provide user support.
- Participate in enhancements, testing, and documentation.
- Support integrations or automation efforts as needed.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience working with Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Basic understanding of Salesforce configuration (flows, reports, permissions).
- Familiarity with ticketing, customer support, or service operations.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
Nice to have
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Service Cloud Consultant).
- Experience with Flows, Omni-Channel, or CTI integrations.
- Experience working in agile or project-based environments.
