Salesforce Senior Business Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Translating complex business problems into clear, actionable requirements
  • Collaborating weekly with Sales and Marketing teams to enhance Salesforce
  • Managing and coordinating Salesforce-related projects and release activities
  • Designing and implementing Salesforce reports and dashboards
  • Creating and maintaining well-documented Agile user stories
  • Supporting helpdesk escalations for internal and customer-facing users
  • Training end users and developing training and process documentation
  • Coordinating with DevOps and Data Quality teams across the SDLC
  • Maintaining and enhancing Salesforce Experience Cloud communities
  • Participating in Agile ceremonies including story grooming sessions
  • Staying current on Salesforce best practices, technologies, and certifications

 

Requirements

  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
  • 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst
  • 5+ years of experience with Sales and Marketing Operations
  • Hands-on experience with complex CRM implementations for mid-market or enterprise organizations
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce security model, Flow, validations, approvals, and email alerts
  • Experience with Case Management features including Email-to-Case, assignment rules, CTI, and case lifecycle
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP) and user story development
  • Ability to produce business process and workflow diagrams (UML, Use Case, Functional Design)
  • Working knowledge of CRM integrations, ETL tools (Data Loader, Workbench), and Salesforce de-duplication
  • Strong understanding of Accounting, Finance, and ERP concepts
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience as specified in the JD
  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English communication
Nice to Have
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
  • Experience with Service Cloud Einstein, Tableau, SoQL/SQL, Apex basics, Jira, Confluence, or Cloudingo
