We’re looking for a Salesforce Release Support Engineer: 

  • Executing Disaster Recovery Plans as per IT security standards
  • Being up to date with Salesforce releases, analyzing and communicating to the rest of the CRM Organization including Product notifications, Security Releases, Feature retirements etc.
  • Evaluating and setting up integrations
  • Planning, communicating and executing the sandbox refresh steps including pre-and post refresh activities
  • Cooperating with Internal Auditor to provide needed documentation and ensure the learnings from the Audit are incorporated in the monthly internal audits and work on Action items for the Audit closure
