Salesforce QA

Experience: 04 - 06 Years

We’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Analyst with strong experience in Salesforce and web application testing. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing manual test cases, identifying defects, and ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for Salesforce and web applications.
• Test Salesforce Cloud objects, workflows, and integrations.
• Perform functional, regression, and UI testing for web platforms.
• Log, track, and close defects while collaborating with developers and BAs.
• Create and maintain test plans, cases, and execution reports.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
• Support automation teams in script validation and test result analysis.
• Ensure QA best practices and continuous improvement in testing processes.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of QA experience with 2+ years in Salesforce testing.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, data models, workflows).
• Hands-on experience in web testing across browsers and responsive designs.
• Familiarity with JIRA, TestRail, or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology.

Nice to Have

• Basic knowledge of automation tools (Selenium, TestNG).
• Experience with API testing (Postman, SOAP UI).
• Awareness of CI/CD pipelines and integration testing concepts
