TLDR

Lead Salesforce Core Cloud projects while managing agile teams, resolving complex issues, and building long-term client relationships in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Lead Salesforce Core Cloud projects and ensure high‑quality delivery.
Manage agile teams across all project phases.
Drive resolution of complex issues and coordinate stakeholders up to C‑level.
Proactively manage project risks, issues, timelines, and budgets.
Guide internal and external teams to successful delivery.
Build long‑term, trusted client relationships.
Support internal initiatives (mentoring, recruiting, pre‑sales, etc.).

Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable field.
4+ years of experience in digital transformation projects, with strong technical affinity and enthusiasm for innovation.
Strong interest and experience in project management, delivery, and stakeholder management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in business German and English, with strong communication abilities.
