At Adlook, Salesforce is a core business platform, not just a CRM. We’re looking for a Salesforce Product Owner / Business Systems Owner who will take end-to-end ownership of Salesforce from a business perspective and ensure it evolves in line with the needs of our Sales and Revenue teams.
This role sits at the intersection of business, systems, and delivery. You will act as the single point of contact for all CRM-related topics, working closely with business stakeholders, an external development partner, and in tandem with our CRM Data Steward to ensure high-quality, scalable solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Salesforce Product Ownership: Own Salesforce from a business and functional perspective, ensuring it supports commercial processes, delivers measurable business value, and scales sustainably over time
Business Partnership & Discovery: Work closely with stakeholders across Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and Finance to understand needs, challenge assumptions, and translate business problems into clear business and functional requirements
Requirements & Backlog Ownership: Define business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, while owning and prioritizing the Salesforce backlog based on business impact and feasibility
Vendor Collaboration & Delivery: Act as the main point of contact for our external Salesforce development partner, clarifying requirements, reviewing proposed solutions, and validating delivered features
Salesforce Administration & Governance: Maintain hands-on administrative ownership (primarily within Sales Cloud), oversee data quality and security, and support ongoing enhancements and releases
Adoption, Reporting & Value Tracking: Support feature rollouts, build dashboards and reports, and continuously improve Salesforce usage based on feedback and outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of Experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Systems Owner role for Salesforce or a similar CRM
Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (this should be your main area of expertise) including management of the sales funnel, pipeline, forecasts, etc
Proven ability to gather, structure, and document business requirements
Experience working with external vendors / outsourced development teams
Hands-on Salesforce administration experience (configuration, permissions, flows, reports and list views creation,)
Strong communication skills and confidence in working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Fluency in both Polish and English languages is a must
Location- Warsaw or nearby (ability to work in a hybrid model)
Salesforce certifications ( SF Administrator required; SF Business Analyst is a plus)
Nice to Have: Experience in B2B, AdTech, MarTech, or digital advertising environments
