ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Platform Manager to own and manage Teikametrics’ end-to-end revenue systems, including Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, HubSpot, and all related integrations. This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role for someone with 10+ years of experience owning Salesforce ecosystems at credible B2B companies.
Reporting into the Director of Strategy & Revenue Operations, this role is accountable for ensuring that lead-to-cash processes are accurate, scalable, and trusted across the business.
HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME:
Salesforce, CPQ & Revenue Systems Ownership
Serve as the primary owner of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce CPQ and Core revenue data models and security architecture
Own lead-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, and order-to-cash workflows
Configure CPQ to support pricing, packaging, approvals, renewals, and amendments
HubSpot Lead Management & Segmentation
Own the HubSpot–Salesforce integration for leads and contacts
Design and maintain: Lead capture, routing, and assignment logic, Lead lifecycle stages and conversion rules and Segmentation models to support marketing campaigns, ABM, and sales prioritization
Partner with Marketing to ensure data integrity, attribution accuracy, and clean handoffs from HubSpot to Salesforce
NetSuite & Financial Systems Integration
Own the Salesforce–NetSuite integration, ensuring accurate synchronization of: Customers and accounts and Orders, invoices, and billing data. Also the Contract and revenue data (in partnership with Finance)
Support Finance and Accounting teams with system alignment and reporting needs
Integrations & Automation
Design, manage, and maintain integrations across the revenue tech stack, including: HubSpot, NetSuite, Data and analytics platforms
Manage middleware / iPaaS tools (e.g., Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft, or equivalent)
Build advanced automation using Salesforce Flow and CPQ rules to reduce manual effort
Revenue Operations Enablement
Enable Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success with: Accurate pipeline, forecasting, and revenue reporting and Territory, quota, and account structures. Also the Renewal, expansion, and churn visibility
Deliver dashboards and insights for Strategy, RevOps, and executive leadership
Governance, Scale & Best Practices
Establish governance for Salesforce, CPQ, HubSpot, and NetSuite changes
Own release management, testing, documentation, and deployments
Maintain high standards for data quality, security, and compliance
Act as the escalation point for complex revenue systems issues
WHO YOU ARE
10+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience
Proven ownership of Salesforce + CPQ in a B2B SaaS environment
Experience integrating Salesforce with HubSpot and NetSuite
Strong understanding of lead management, segmentation, and attribution
Deep expertise in Salesforce Flow and complex automation
Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM-201 or equivalent)
WHAT CAN HELP YOU STAND OUT

Exposure to SaaS, subscription, or usage-based revenue models
Advanced Salesforce certifications (Advanced Admin, Platform App Builder, CPQ Specialist)
Experience acting as the sole or lead owner of revenue systems
