Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

Requirements

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting and managing CRM and loyalty program projects, from kick-off to go-live (and beyond)
  • Coordinating day-to-day tasks, making sure deadlines don’t sneak past you
  • Helping define and execute lifecycle communication strategies for our clients
  • Contributing to system design, platform setup, and marketing automation flows – particularly in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Participating in software selection and implementation processes
  • Supporting data-driven marketing consulting projects with your tech knowledge
  • Translating client needs into actionable CRM solutions

What we're looking for:

  • Solid hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud: especially Email studio, Automation studio, Journey builder, Contact builder, Content builder, Analytics Builder – you’ve used it in real projects, not just training environments
  • Familiarity with other CRM tools (Adobe Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Bloomreach, Antavo etc.) is a bonus
  • Understanding of marketing automation concepts and campaign logic
  • Comfortable working with project management and productivity tools (think: Jira, Trello, Confluence, Notion, or similar)
  • Analytical mindset and a structured way of thinking
  • Good communication skills – in both Hungarian and English
  • Reliability, curiosity, and a healthy attention to detail

It’s a plus if:

  • Writing and optimizing SOQL queries and AMPscript for email personalization and audience queries
  • You have experience with database systems or big data solutions
  • You’ve worked with reporting tools or dashboard systems
  • You enjoy thinking about the “why” just as much as the “how”
