Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer

Encora is seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our digital marketing and CRM team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing marketing automation solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to deliver personalized customer journeys and data-driven campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Marketing Cloud solutions including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
• Create and manage dynamic email templates using AMPscript, HTML, and CSS.
• Build and optimize customer journeys and automations based on business requirements.
• Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM and other third-party platforms using APIs and connectors.
• Implement data segmentation strategies and audience targeting using SQL and Data Extensions.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and conversion.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in email marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to troubleshoot custom application development, AWS, Node.js or Python, Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes
• 2–5 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Email Studio.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud Connect.
• Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs for integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer certification.
• Experience with Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, and Datorama.
• Knowledge of marketing analytics and A/B testing methodologies.
• Experience in B2B or B2C marketing environments.
