Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to support digital marketing initiatives for a healthcare provider. This ongoing 1099 contract role, starting mid-January, will focus on building and optimizing automated, personalized marketing journeys across email and digital channels. The consultant will partner closely with marketing and technical teams to turn business goals into effective Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.

Responsibilities
• Design and manage automated marketing journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Build and optimize email campaigns and customer communications
• Translate marketing and business needs into practical platform solutions
• Support integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM platforms
• Review campaign performance and suggest improvements based on data and results
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve marketing processes and platform usage
• Follow best practices for data privacy, security, and compliance in a healthcare environment

Requirements

Requirements
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
• Strong background in marketing automation and customer journey design
• Ability to work independently in a 1099 contract role
• Experience working in healthcare or other regulated industries preferred
• US-based consultant
• Preference for candidates based in or able to consistently work Eastern Time (EST) hours to align with client scheduling

Nice to Have
