Position summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Consultant who bridges the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. You aren’t just a "functional" consultant; you are a Declarative Expert who can build complex logic using Salesforce’s low-code tools while understanding the specific nuances of the digital banking and finance domain.


Our team structure

  • Salesforce Stream: Lead Developer, FSC Developer, and FSC Consultant.
  • MuleSoft & Integration: Lead Integration Developer and 2 MuleSoft Developers.
  • Quality Assurance: Dedicated Salesforce QA and Integration QA engineers.


Responsibilities

  • Translate complex business requirements from Fintech stakeholders into scalable Salesforce FSC configurations.
  • Lead the declarative development process: architecting complex Flows, Object Configurations, and Advanced Permissions.
  • Configure FSC-specific modules such as the Relationship Builder, Rollup Summary Fields, and Wealth Management/Banking consoles.
  • Conduct workshops, document user stories, and lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) sessions.
  • Advise the client on Salesforce best practices to minimise technical debt.


Skills and qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Business Analyst.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce FSC implementation.
  • Mastery of Salesforce Flow and declarative automation tools.
  • Strong communication skills in English to interact with European and Middle Eastern clients.
  • Salesforce Administrator and Service Cloud/Salesforce Consultant certifications.
  • Fluent English (C1 is required), with experience working in international, multicultural teams.
