The Opportunity
We’re hiring a mid-level Salesforce Engineer to keep our Salesforce platform running smoothly for our Sales and Customer Service teams, and to grow into a stronger developer/engineer over time.
This role is ideal if you enjoy solving real user problems, playing with automation and code, and want to learn from a Senior Salesforce Engineer while working directly with the Senior Product Manager – Consumer Products. You’ll own BAU support, configuration and reporting, and contribute to enhancements and integrations as your skills grow.
As a Salesforce Engineer, you will manage, improve, and modify our Salesforce platform to ensure it stays secure, scalable, and aligned with business needs. You’ll balance configuration and development, oversight, and innovation, making sure Salesforce remains a reliable, high-performing system that supports growth across the organisation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Own daily BAU support for Salesforce issues and requests from Sales and Customer Service.
- Configure and enhance Salesforce so it stays secure, scalable, and aligned to business needs.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards for daily, weekly, and monthly performance.
- Manage onboarding admin – user setup, profiles, permissions and access.
- Contribute to Flows, Apex, LWC and integrations that streamline Sales and Service processes (with guidance).
- Maintain data quality and governance (sharing rules, role hierarchies, permission sets).
- Support integrations between Salesforce and other systems, and help spot optimisation opportunities.
What You'll Bring
You might be a Salesforce Admin who’s done some dev, or a junior–mid Salesforce Developer who enjoys config and support. You’ll bring most of:
- Experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Developer in a commercial or multi-team environment.
- Strong configuration skills: objects/fields, flows, validation rules, sharing, reports & dashboards.
- Some exposure to Apex and/or LWC – from work, side projects or self-learning.
- Comfort working with Sales and/or Customer Service stakeholders.
- Understanding of data model, security model and basic integration concepts (APIs, connected apps).
- Bonus: familiarity with Git/CI/CD and interest in AI tooling and automation.
