The Opportunity This role is essential for developing custom features on top of the Sitetracker (ST) package to solve specific gaps in customer business processes. It provides a critical entry point for engineers to work directly with customers, translating their unique business problems into technical solutions. The role ensures that moderately complex technical solutions are designed and implemented efficiently while maintaining high code quality and adhering to customer timelines. It serves as a foundational role within the restructured FDE group, providing a clear path for technical growth and future seniority within the organization. What You’ll Do:  You will develop moderately complex custom features on top of the Sitetracker package to solve specific gaps in customer business processes. Work directly with customers to translate their unique business problems into technical solutions, maintain high code quality and adhering to customer timelines and have constant and effective communications with customers The Skills You'll Have: Technical Aptitude + Writes reasonably efficient, bulk-safe Apex classes and triggers + Understand and implements OOPs concepts + Understands limits and governor constraints fundamentals + Building LWCs + Meaningful unit tests with positive/negative coverage(90%+) Communication + Good oral and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences + Strong interest working with internal stakeholders throughout the feature development lifecycle, from initial planning through to deployment Work Management + Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, including handling 2–3 high-effort and 4–5 medium-effort projects simultaneously, or supporting 5–6 customers at a time + Has experience delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines, demonstrating strong prioritization ability, efficiency, and attention to detail under pressure Within 90 Days, You’ll:
  • Become an expert in the functionality and codebase of several modules across the Sitetracker product
  • Complete your Development Plan and be fully ramped on our technology stack and established design patterns
  • Be a consulted contributor as part of one of our delivery teams
  • Deliver several enhancements and bug fixes
  • Know the ins and outs of the Sitetracker product offering as well as how to build and extend the functionality
  • Within 180 Days, You'll:
  • Have built and shipped medium-sized  modules
  • Have gained expertise to completely understand the customer’s requirement and the best implementation approach
  • Collaborate with external teams to debug issues raised by customers
  • Participate in the  initiatives that advanced Sitetracker’s developer efficiency and best practices
  • Use your expertise to identify technical debt and deliver an action plan to resolve it
  • Within 365 Days, You'll:
  • Have gained strong  knowledge of Sitetracker product features
  • Have gained strong knowledge of established process, best practices
  • Have established themselves as person who can be trusted with working with different team/customers to drive the resolutions and drive things with minimal or no guidance
  • Has established great reputation with all the customer worked with in an year
  • Sitetracker provides a comprehensive platform for managing high-volume distributed projects, enabling real-time collaboration, automated reporting, and accurate forecasting to streamline the deployment of infrastructure projects.
