Salesforce Engineer

CMG Financial is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform to support critical business functions. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration, as well as a strong understanding of development best practices.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES, includes the following responsibilities, but not limited to:

• Design, develop, evaluate, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, Flows and other Salesforce technologies.
• Create and customize standard and custom objects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Perform data migrations, Salesforce customizations, and integrations with third-party applications.
• Maintain system security, performance, and scalability by following Salesforce best practices.
• Debug and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications and integrations.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed.
• Stay updated on Salesforce platform enhancements and propose innovative solutions to improve system efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer (minimum 3 years).
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with Salesforce administration, configuration, and workflows.
• Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently or in a team setting.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

NOT REQUIRED BUT NICE TO HAVE:

• Experience with Agile development methodology.
• Knowledge of Salesforce AppExchange products.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for Salesforce development, particularly Gearset.

PHYSICAL and ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

This role operates in an ADA compliant office environment, utilizing typical office equipment and tasks including computer work. The position may involve partial stationary positions and moving throughout the day. Flexibility to work overtime to meet project deadlines is required.

Base Compensation Information – This is a remote role that can be performed from within the United States. CMG pays a competitive base which ranges from $80,000 to $90,000 annually. Factors that affect base salary may include Location, Education, skills, years of experience and mortgage industry knowledge.
