Salesforce Engineer

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce customization and development frameworks.

• Develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and OmniScript.

• Build and support custom solutions within Salesforce FSC and Salesforce Sales Cloud environments.

• Assist with developer support activities, including weekly deployments and Salesforce release upgrades.

• Support the Salesforce platform and its integrations with internal and third-party systems.

• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Managers to analyze system requirements and design Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices.

• Participate in planning, analysis, and implementation of new features using Salesforce out-of-the-box capabilities and declarative tools.

• Previous experience configuring Salesforce within Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud environments.

• Hands-on development experience with Salesforce custom features, including Apex, Visualforce, triggers, controllers, scheduled and batch processes, Lightning components, custom objects, workflow rules, and sharing rules

• Solid understanding of the end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle, including sandbox creation and maintenance, test coverage, change sets, staging environments, and production deployments.

• Experience with Salesforce CI/CD tools such as Copado is a plus.

• Background as a Java Engineer with interest in Salesforce development is a strong plus.

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I are highly desirable.

You will need intermediate to advanced English for clear and effective communication with the team.

How much experience must I have?

We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in Salesforce or relevant software engineering experience (e.g., Java) with a transition to Salesforce.
