We are excited to welcome a talented Agentforce Revenue Management Developer to our Revenue Solutions team. This role is pivotal in the successful implementation of Salesforce projects at Neuraflash. You will combine your technical expertise with solution design skills to create scalable, efficient, and secure Salesforce solutions that align with the business requirements of our clients, as well as create reusable assets to be deployed to multiple clients. This may involve owning portions of the design, or supporting the Solution Architect. By leveraging state-of-the-art Quote-to-Cash technologies within Salesforce, the Agentforce Revenue Management Developer will help optimize sales and finance alignment, streamline operational processes, and deliver scalable, impactful solutions.

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for the success of solution designs, providing technical leadership, and delivering transformational and financially impactful client solutions.
- Design and implement custom code solutions which leverage Apex, Javascript, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Omniscript, and Business Rules Engine
- Collaborate with Solution Architects on client solutions to provide detailed and sound solution designs
- Develop strategies to solve complex technical challenges
- Responsible for implementing solutions that support business requirements and drive key decisions that improve processes and productivity
- Provide data models for tailor-made customizations (with Solution Architects).
- Perform code reviews
- Ensure technical solutions meet client’s business requirements
- Perform unit testing for client use cases
- Assist in Deployment between environments
- Manage technical collateral for hand off at the end of the project
- Commit changes to source control and open pull requests
- Review and merge work in source control
- Run data deployments (sandbox seeding) to test features
- Run final releases to production and be able to roll back or restore if needed
Required Qualifications

Salesforce Expertise: A minimum of 4+ years working with Salesforce, with at least 3 years specializing in Agentforce Revenue Management (Formerly Revenue Cloud or RCA), CPQ, or Salesforce Billing projects

Mathematical / Financial Fluency: Solid understanding of pricing & discounting calculations, proration, and accounting operations, including billing, invoicing, payment processing

Document Generations & E-Signature Tools: Hands-on experience with tools like Omnistudio Document Generation, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and e-signature solutions

Integration Fundamentals: Foundational understanding of integrating Salesforce with third-party platforms, including Netsuite, Avalara, Stripe, DocuSign, SureTax, Chargent, or Dynamics 365
Technical Skills

Salesforce Configuration: Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including objects, flows, Lightning components, and customizations

Custom Solutions: Experience in building and extending custom quoting and pricing solutions on the Salesforce platform

Development Skills: Familiarity with Apex and Omniscript

Data Analytics: Expertise in Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and sales performance analytics

Integration Tools: Knowledge of integration concepts and tools like MuleSoft, Workato, and REST/SOAP APIs

- Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Platform Developer I, Data Architecture and Management Designer, Sharing and Visibility Architect.
- Strong experience using APEX on previous projects; Abilities to review / share feedback on Salesforce coding best practices supporting application scalability
- Experience with an array of design patterns)
- Experience with test-driven development
- Prior experience executing deployments and use of DevOps tools (i.e. Gearset, Prodly, Copado, etc)
Preferred Qualifications
